We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Playful Promises lingerie, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure that all briefs and bodies are tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all labels intact, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
