We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, hosiery and adhesive products cannot be returned once opened.

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. The sender name on the shipping label will appear as 'PP Group'.
